minimal selection unreliable wi-fi
The breakfast service was quite underwhelming. the food selection was minimal, (i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber). furthermore, the gym was rather disappointing. It lacked modern equipment and several machines were out of service. i also found the wi-fi connection to be unreliable at times, frustrating when i needed to work.

friendly service veranda views
i enjoyed evening drinks watching the harbour. alli was particularly attentive. i found his friendly service great and the location of the bar perfect. i appreciate the veranda views.
i noticed the room smelled slightly of smoke. i had been out all day. it seemed like someone had been smoking continuously in my room since i left.

the hotel has a good-sized swimming pool with convenient access. steps and a handrail are provided for easy entry. i observed that finding a sunbed was never difficult, and there were plenty of loungers available.

friendly staff swift check-in outdated room terrible decoration
I found the reception staff friendly. they helped with a swift check-in. the room was like an apartment and had plenty of room. It was a family room. the location was perfect for the ferry and the harbor.
Our room seemed outdated by decades. It looked unappealing. the bed covers and decorations also looked terrible. the coffee in the room was not replenished daily. It was only complimentary once. there was no smart tv, so i could only watch greek tv without english.

the location is great and pool clean. the staff offered superb service always. breakfast had adequate choices and fresh items.
the furniture was a bit old.

strong smoke dated furniture
the location proved acceptable, with access to nearby shops.
the room reeked strongly of smoke, a very unpleasant odor. Furniture was dated, seeming decades old. The experience suffered also from a lack of english channels.
